We’ve been a little quiet on here this week, immersed in the final stages of our ‘Summerfield’ main house install. This beautifully reimagined cottage is almost complete, and today’s client walkthrough was a reminder of why we do what we do — seeing a space come to life and exceed expectations is always the most rewarding moment.

There’s still more to come, with the garden, outdoor entertaining area, and Cabana guest accommodation in progress. We can’t wait to share the full vision as it unfolds. More to come soon.

The solid timber dining table anchors the space, complemented by leather dining chairs that connect to the bar stools in the kitchen adjacent for a cohesive feel. A new console provides a foundation for the striking artwork to sit above, introducing depth and contrast. A beautiful setting created for everyday moments.

Designing our ‘Lakesland’ master ensuite was all about creating balance — contrast and warmth, openness and retreat. Soft textures and natural tones set a calming foundation while steel-framed doors bring definition and a quiet strength to the space. The curved freestanding bath completes the sense of sanctuary.

Designed with visiting family in mind, the sleep-out in our ‘The Barn’ is both practical and inviting. The space is defined by a king bed on one side and three king singles on the other create a flexible open concept retreat — layered with striped bedheads, plaid textiles and soft sheepskins. A subtle nod to classic American barn style, bringing warmth and timelessness to the space.
