Our ‘Peregian Beach’ project is a light and considered renovation, designed to enhance an existing home just moments from the coastline near Noosa, QLD. With a focus on embracing the home’s natural aspect, the design centres around a relaxed, coastal lifestyle — fresh, open and effortlessly liveable.

Working within the existing footprint, the approach was intentionally restrained, with key updates made to maximise impact. These included a kitchen refresh with new benchtops and hardware, updated lighting throughout, a full internal repaint, and the introduction of a self-contained downstairs living space with a new kitchen.

A comprehensive exterior scheme was also developed, with finishes selected for the pool, alfresco areas and facade to create a cohesive connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Furniture, lighting and styling layer in warmth and texture, reinforcing a refined yet relaxed coastal aesthetic.

Our scope included kitchen update, self-contained kitchen design, lighting design, interior and exterior finishes selection, and full furniture curation and styling.
